DK 2020 00092 U1 1 Roof section for use in a scaffolding structure Area of manufacture The present invention relates to a scaffolding construction with a roof section, a scaffolding system and a crane. Background of the production A scaffolding is a temporary platform for raising and supporting scaffolding workers and equipment during the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges and larger machines. The scaffolding construction comprises one or more sections of suitable size depending on the shape and use. A roof construction can also be added to the scaffolding, which can protect the building and the scaffolding workers from wind and weather. Construction, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding and associated roofs is very time consuming. Risk assessments and safe working methods are the common areas of responsibility for the main contractor and the scaffolding workers. Almost 20% of scaffolding-related damage occurs in connection with the installation and dismantling of scaffolding. A common problem is the lack of providing the scaffolding workers with a suitable and safe work platform for use in setting up and dismantling the scaffolding's roof structure. By working on a narrow platform or no platform at all, one or more scaffolding workers must have access to the roof structure so that the roof sections can be hooked on a crane one by one by means of slings or chains, etc. The roof sections can then be lifted down by means of a crane or placed elsewhere on top of the scaffolding. Scaffolding workers must use the right materials and safety equipment when attaching the roof sections to the crane to avoid accidents. The work is far from safe for the scaffolding worker to perform, even if the scaffolding worker uses a safety line. The scaffolding workers who set up and take down the roof sections to / from the scaffolding's roof construction must use the necessary safety equipment and materials to ensure that both scaffolding workers, roof sections and the scaffolding are secured before, during and after the work task. DK 2020 00092 U1 2 Purpose of the production The purpose of the production is to provide a roof section which can be easily and quickly assembled and dismantled without risk of accidents for the scaffolding workers, as well as a construction of roof construction on a scaffolding which will reduce construction and dismantling costs and save working time. Description of the production The production comprises a roof section for use in a scaffolding construction, which roof section can be mounted as a top on the scaffolding construction, and which roof section comprises a section frame and at least one lifting yoke attached to the section frame, the lifting yoke being provided for lifting equipment on a crane can engage the opening yoke with the lifting yoke by hooking and chopping the roof section to the crane, in that the lifting yoke comprises gripping means congruent with the lifting gear on the crane, and in that the lifting yoke permanently extends upwards from the section frame, and that the gripping means are permanently upwards at a distance from the section frame, whereby the lifting yoke is provided so that lifting gear on the crane can cut the lifting yoke without the aid of scaffolding work, and so that lifting gear on the crane can cut off the lifting yoke without the aid of scaffolding work. A roof construction can be part of a scaffolding construction on a construction site such as a temporary roof. The roof construction may consist of one or more roof sections. Roof sections are arranged next to each other in a predetermined position in the roof construction. When setting up, changing or dismantling a roof structure, the roof section comprises a fixed lifting yoke for use with an automatically openable gripping connection between the lifting yoke on the roof section and the lifting gear on a crane. The roof section may be provided with a tarpaulin which can be attached to the section frame. The lifting yoke can, for example, be attached to the sides of the section frame. The lifting yoke can alternatively be attached in the middle or partly in the middle of the section frame. The lifting yoke can be part of the section frame, which will ensure a solid and stable connection between the lifting gear and the section frame. The present invention provides a solution for a roof section which is easy and quick to assemble, to move to another position and to disassemble. Costs for installation during installation and dismantling during dismantling of the roof structure are reduced. DK 2020 00092 U1 3 is significantly improved and saves valuable working time. The section frames of the roof structure can be attached and released automatically from the crane lifting gear without manual change from attached to released made by a scaffolding worker. The risk of the scaffolding worker being injured, or in the worst case of a fatal accident at the construction site caused by handling the roof sections, is therefore significantly reduced. And, the time it takes to assemble, move or dismantle the roof structure is also significantly reduced. The lifting yoke may be part of the section frame or arranged so that the lifting yoke or parts of the lifting yoke are located at a predetermined distance from the section frame. For example, the lifting yoke may extend from one side of the section frame to the opposite side of the section frame. The lifting device may be provided in the middle of the lever or be a part formed by the lever. The lever can be shaped like an arch away from the section frame. Two lifting devices can also be used, which are arranged in that the first lifting device is attached to one side of one side of the section frame and a second lifting device is attached to the opposite side of the section frame, where for example the lifting rod is arranged between the first lifting device and the second lifting device. When moving the roof section, it is important to know where the center of mass is. The center of mass can be found on the basis of, for example, the dimensions of the roof section and the estimated weight distribution. Thereby, the lifting rod and the lifting device can be arranged so that the weight distribution is optimal when the roof section is lifted and moved by the crane. This can reduce and / or prevent unintentional instability when the crane lifts and moves the roof section to a new location on the scaffolding. Said lifting yoke comprises at least two lifting rods and a gripping element, wherein a first fastening end of the lifting rods is attached to section frames of the roof section and a second fastening end of the lifting rods is attached to said gripping element. The lifting yoke may, for example, be formed by four lifting rods mounted as in a pyramid, where a first lower tip of the pyramid is attached to one side of the section frame, a second lower tip of the pyramid is attached to the other side of the section frame. , a third lower tip of the pyramid is attached to the other side of the section frame and a third lower tip of the pyramid is attached to the second DK 2020 00092 U1 4 side of the section frame, and where an upper tip of the pyramid comprises the gripping element for the lifting gear on the crane. One end of the levers forms the lower tips of the pyramid, and the other end of the levers is attached to the gripping member. The crane's lifting gear can thus easily have room to perform slashing and slashing. The gripping element may comprise a collecting sleeve at a predetermined distance upwards relative to the rest of the roof section, which collecting sleeve is provided with fastening means for fastening the other fastening end of at least two lifting rods to the collecting sleeve, so that the other fastening end of the least two lifting rods via the collecting sleeve are assembled in relation to each other and are assembled with the gripping element. Another advantage of arranging the gripping element at a predetermined distance upwards in relation to the rest of the roof section is that the crane lifting gear can not inadvertently destroy the tarpaulin which forms part of the roof section. The gripping element comprises a shield, which shield shields at least the other fastening end of the lifting rods from parts of the surroundings, so that the lifting gear on the crane, when the lifting gear is brought into engagement with the gripping element, is prevented from coming into contact with it. other fastening end of the lifting rods. To ensure maximum stability when lifting the roof section and moving it to another location on the scaffolding, it can be taken into account that the center of mass of the roof section is carefully chosen based on the predetermined dimensions and the estimated weight of the roof section, so that unintentional oscillations and other hazards are most reduced. possible. The roof section can be provided with a plurality of lifting devices arranged in a predetermined pattern determined on the basis of dimensions and weight of the roof section, as well as possibly weather conditions, etc. To ensure maximum stability and safety when the roof section is to be lifted and moved, the arrangement of the lifting devices is crucial in relation to the center of mass. In order to provide the optimal placement of one or more lifting devices, it may be necessary to place retaining bars, possibly as reinforcement or displacement, of one or more of the lifting rods relative to one or more of the lifting devices. DK 2020 00092 U1 A lifting yoke on a roof section can be provided by attaching a plurality of lifting devices, a plurality of lifting bars and a plurality of retaining bars in combination relative to each other. A lifting gear for a crane, wherein the lifting gear comprises at least one locking device with an openable locking mechanism, wherein the locking device in use can grip a lifting device arranged on a lifting yoke which is attached to a roof section, where the roof section can be mounted as a top on the scaffolding structure, and which the roof section comprises a section frame and at least one lifting yoke attached to the section frame, the lifting yoke being provided so that lifting gear on a crane can openly engage the lifting yoke by slicing and chopping the roof section to the crane, by the lifting yoke comprising gripping means congruent with the lifting gear on the crane, and in that the lifting yoke permanently extends upwards from the section frame, and that the gripping means are permanently upwards at a distance from the section frame, whereby the lifting yoke is provided so that lifting gear on the crane can cut and cut off the lifting yoke. without the help of scaffolding workers. As lifting gear, grab claws or a hook can be used for hooking. Felling and felling is carried out without the handling of a scaffolding worker. The automatic opening locking mechanism can be, for example, mechanical, hydraulic or electrical. The lifting gear can be controlled remotely by, for example, a crane operator or by activating by joining the lifting yoke and the lifting gear. A scaffolding worker can also control cutting and deburring at a safe distance from the roof section. The lifting yoke with gripping means is congruent with lifting gear on a crane, which lifting yoke has at least two lifting rods extending upwards, and where the gripping means is located at the upper ends of the at least two lifting bars, and where the lifting yoke can be provided on a roof section and the roof section comprising a section frame and at least one lifting yoke attached to the section frame, the lifting yoke being provided for lifting gear on the crane to openly engage the lifting yoke when slicing and chopping the roof section to the crane, and in that the lifting yoke permanently extends upwards from the section frame and that the gripping means are permanently upwards at a distance from the section frame, whereby the lifting yoke is provided so that lifting gear on the crane can engage and cut off the lifting yoke without the aid of scaffolding work.
